Where do you create or update my listings?
If they don't already exist, we will create and formally submit profile citations for your business at more than 150 reputable, local business directories. The directories we will submit your listings to include: Google, Foursquare, Yellow Pages, MerchantCircle, and many, many more. Some citation submissions will be industry specific.
How long until I see the results?
Local Search Engine Optimization is an ongoing journey. Although it is rare that any stand-alone effort will bring you to the top of search and keep you there, updating and growing the amount of listings and citations will often show an improvement in local search results within just a few weeks.
I have only 1 location, what if I open another?
No problem. We’ll work with you to scale our citations service as your business grows.
What happens if I have a duplicate listing?
Duplicate listings will be permanently removed through our network of directories and aggregators.
What happens if my business moves?
Not to worry. If your business moves, contact us here and let us know. After getting your request and the information for your new location, we will make sure every single one of your existing listings is updated.
How do you align citations with my keywords?
Certain listing aggregators and directories allow dealerships to include short descriptions and additional information during submittal. The copy we write for your listings will match your targeted keywords and business goals.
Will you phone or address verify my listings?
Unfortunately, we cannot perform any phone or address verification on our own. We can, however, confirm your listings using help from your staff. We will coordinate a time for one of our team members to contact your staff when an address or phone verification is about to be initiated. It may take more than one attempt for the verification to be successful if the postcard sent to your location is lost or misplaced.
